Our Process
Project management is key, and our process has been refined andstreamlined for maximum efficiency. Our flexible and iterative process allows us to be responsive and attend to any need that might impact project timeline or quality. Communication can make or break a project, and it is one of our core competencies.
After the contract has been finalized and signed we will:
- Assign a dedicated Project Supervisor to be onsite for the duration of
the project ensuring timelines are met, scope is maintained and all
stakeholder needs are exceeded - Provide client with CoConstruct credentials
- Begin fabrication of the millwork, ordering of wall covering, paint and
other materials as needed - Coordinate with building staff to schedule material deliveries, elevator
usage and additional logistics in an effort to minimize inconveniencing
residents - Begin regularly scheduled meetings with designer and key stakeholders
- Begin tear down and demolition of first set of floors
- Renovate first set of floors to project specifications
- Take walk through the first set of renovated floors
- Review punch list generated from walk through
- Take final walk through and sign off on first set of floors.
- Maintain regular meetings with designer to review progress and timeline
- Continue the process outlined in Phase II for all remaining floors –
reviewing and obtaining sign off every set of floors. - Review and complete final punch lists and touch ups
- Final project sign off and celebration of your new space!

The Heritage at Millennium Park Condominium Association has contracted with BoGraham for three common area projects – the refurbishment of the front desk, the reconfiguration and renovation of our hospitality room, and the renovation of the residential hallways of the building.
All three projects were successfully completed and we have received many positive comments about the quality of the finished product as well as the organized manner in which the work was performed for the duration of the project.
BoGraham’s attention to detail and working within the scope of work outlined by the design team allowed for the project to come in at budget and on time with very few change orders.
